“Although the Police team was successfully rescued by the reinforcement sent, a Police Patrol van was set ablaze by the bandits from Shitile led by Ghana.

It is unfortunate that despite all the concerted efforts being made by the Government and the security agencies to ensure safety of life and property in the State, some criminals have continued to truncate these initiatives for reasons best known to them,” the command lamented.

The Police indicated that Ghana has been on their wanted list for sometime now and are putting in place measures to arrest him.
